It’s amaing how we always say how fast time goes. Truth be told, it only seems that way because we don’t get to do what we want or have to in the time we have so we think it goes so fast.
Thinking that, do you ever think about time as eternal? Reading the Bible tells of what time in heaven will be like and what time in hell will be like, and in both places, time is eternal.
Is there anywhere here in this world that you would want to be forever. We may say a beach or mountians but being there also means you accept the weather, storms, heat, cold and all the rest that comes with it. Both are nice places, but I don’t think they are forever places.
Heaven is described as a place where there are no tears, no pain, no sorrow and best of all never again does anyone have to experience death of a loved one. It’s a place where there is only joy and the Love we’ve never truly experienced here.
Hell is described as a place of darkness where we would be totally alone. Never to see anyone, talk to anyone of fellowship with anyone. A place where we are forever thirsty, and never given the water we crave. It says we will cry out, mash our teeth and worst of all, be absent the Lords love.
Some may not believe any of this to be true, and that’s their right. But what happens if their wrong, because once you die, there is no time to change your mind.
If I live my life for Christ when I die lose nothing.
If I live my life for myself, when I die, I lose everything.
Maybe its ‘Time’ to make a choice.
